We answer every message, usually within a couple of days.

Write to support@barbeatcue.live. For a problem, in the app Help ▸ Send Feedback… is faster: it opens a mail with your versions, the audio device and the Diagnostics log already in it, and nothing is sent until you press Send.

What makes a message we can answer

• What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
• What happened instead; a screenshot (⇧⌘4) or a short screen recording (⇧⌘5) helps, and the form takes them: attach up to three files, 25 MB in all.
• Whether it happens every time.
• Your BarBeatCue version (in the About window) and macOS version.
• For timing or sync problems, the figures in Window ▸ Diagnostics (⇧⌘D) while it happens.

Before you write, the troubleshooting page and the questions and answers may already have it.
