In a paragraph

BarBeatCue is a live-performance rig for musicians on the Mac. It plays a show's setlist — multitrack stems, a click and a count-in, routed to any outputs of an audio interface — and puts each player's chord chart, lyric prompter or score on their own iPad, iPhone or a large screen on an Apple TV, all following the Mac's clock over the stage's WiFi. Songs chain without a gap or crossfade on a bar line at matched tempo and key; jumps and vamps land on the beat; MIDI Clock, MTC and LTC keep lighting and video in step. It is made by Ron Klein and is in public beta for macOS 14 or newer.
